Band

 

Beginning and advanced band instruction is open to fourth, fifth, and sixth grade students throughout the school year. Students that participate in band may choose to learn to play instruments such as the clarinet, flute or trumpet. Learning music is a great way for students to strengthen, not only their music appreciation, but also other academic skills such as problem solving and language development.
